Janabe Narjis Khatoon(a.s.)

Once upon a time, Rome was ruled by a Christian King called Ceaser. The King had a son named Yusha who married a noble lady from the progeny of Hazrat Shamoon, a companion of Hazarat Isa (A.S.).
Prince Yusha was blessed with a daughter, whom he named Princess Malika. He wanted to get her married to his nephew and organised a grand function for the event. All the Christian dignitaries had gathered. Suddenly, the palace started shaking due to which everything was thrown out of its place. The priest took this untimely event as a bad omen and left the palace.
Princess Malika (S.A.) was very much perturbed by the event. l

When she went to sleep she dream saw that the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) was asking for her hand from Hazrat Isa (a.s.) for his grand-son (Imam Hasan Askari (A.S.) in marriage to which Hazrat Isa (a.s.) happily agreed.
A few days later Princess Malika fell ill. The king ordered all the doctors to treat her but in vain. In her sickness she requested her father to free althe Muslim prisoners. The King agreed to her demand and freed them after which the princess was cured.
The same night she saw Janabe Fatima (S.A.) and Janabe' Maryam (S.A.) in her dream. Janabe Fatima (S.A.) asked the princess (S.A.) to become a Muslim to which she agreed gladly and immediately embraced Islam at the hands of Janabe Fatima (S.A.).

Once in her sleep she saw Imam Askari (A.S.), who informed her that soon her father, the King of Rome will fight a war against the muslims.

In this war the Roman army will be defeated.

He (A.S.) asked her to disguise herself as a slave girl that she would be brought to Baghdad from where she would be received by one of the servants of Imam Hasan Askari (A.S.) and brought to him.

Princess Malika woke up from her sleep delighted. After a few days, the events took place as prophesied by Imam Askari (A.S.). When she came to Imam Askari (A.S.) he named her Narjis Khatoon, who later on became the respected mother of our beloved Imam Mahdi (A.S.).
