All the surgeons who had examined the case when they exchanged opinions amongst themselves, looking into the severity of the case, came to the result that they would not take that case in their hands. Sayed Tauoos despaired and disappointed with the doctors of Hulla, turned to Ismaeel and suggested, "We should goto Baghdad city where physicians and surgeons of a high calibre are living and I am hopeful that they may find some solution for curing this injury.

Go back to your house and get ready as tomorrow we be leaving Hulla for Baghdad."

On the next day as per the plan Sayed Bin Tauoos and Ismaeel Hirqali set out for Baghdad. There a committe of the well known physicians and surgeons held a meeting as to find out the way as to how to get the injury healed up. They tried their best to find out the remedy but it was all in vain, and aII of them came to the result that the injury is not curable. All of them with a grave face declared that any act of surgery of the wound would be at the cost of his life.

Ismaeel was anxiously awaiting for the reply and when he heard that the wound was incurable he became very much despaired and disappointed. Tears started flowing from his eyes. He was very much worried as to how he could show his face to his wife and children as the wound had made him quite helpless and incapable of doing any job. At this moment Syed Bin Tauoos advised him.

"0 ! my son do not be worried, restless and hopeless in life. A Muslim never leaves hope. Allah Almighty himself cures the pain which is incureable by the people. He helps the miserable and distressed persons when they are in great hardship. When they are in great difficulty. He, Allah Taale is there with whose hands all knots of difficulties are cut off. For him nothing is impossible."
